Our garage has space for two not oversized cars and a driveway that fits one car. We have security cameras outside of the front door and inside garage for your safety. The villa has smoke and fire sensors , please do not smoke inside home. We have safety gate near pool, please watch your kids and don’t run after swimming in tile area ( can be slippery) Quiet hours for our community 10.30 pm – 7 am 💎currently pool has temperature more than 80 F and it is solar heated. The warmest temperature in the pool is after afternoon. Pool is cleaned each Friday anytime, usually around 4pm. Pool technician doesn’t enter a house just pool area.
